This Tokubetsu Junmai sake boasts a light, refreshing, and sharp profile, allowing the inherent flavors of the rice to shine. Aromas of oatmeal, vanilla, brown rice, cinnamon, clove, and sweet bread contribute to its complex bouquet. The medium-bodied palate is plush, round, smooth, and exceptionally easy to drink.
